All Dahua commercial display products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Interactive whiteboards typically carry a 2-year warranty. Digital signage and LED displays carry a 1–3 year warranty depending on the product. As an authorized partner, we can process warranty claims directly with Dahua on your behalf.
LCD video walls use backlit LCD panels with ultra-narrow bezels — cost-effective for control rooms and corporate lobbies. LED video walls use direct-view LED modules with no bezels, offering higher brightness and seamless displays at any size. Dahua digital signage displays include built-in CMS software on Android. For cloud-based management across multiple screens, we can recommend and integrate third-party CMS platforms such as Yodeck, ScreenCloud, or Dahua's own cloud CMS. Content scheduling, remote updates, and multi-screen management are all supported.
